  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag your order arrived in to minimize environmental impact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the carbon-neutral shipping label provided in the portal and drop the package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
